Makes 8
5 grams of protein each
1 cup (106 g) high protein pancake mix, I use Kodiak Cakes
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup of brown sugar replacement like Lakanto Monkfruit
1 egg
3/8 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup of unsweetened plain almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
In a medium bowl, add all dry ingredients and mix, add and whisk in wet ingredients
Used a 2” scooper for each pancake. Cook in skillet or use a griddle. I use this one, have had it for 20 years still works great!!
