Roasted Parmesan Cauliflower

2 WW Points 

Serves 4

1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

2 tsp of olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp paprika

1 oz. Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven 425 degrees

Toss florets with olive oil, spread out onto baking sheet, sprinkle with combined seasonings.

Roast 20 minutes, remove from oven sprinkle with parmesan, then back in the oven for 5 minutes.

Test for tenderness at 20 minutes with fork, if they're not as tender as you'd like bake an additional 5-7 minutes before adding parmesan.
