Peanut Butter Protein Bread

½ Cup of Self-Rising Flour, I use Gold Medal
¼ cup of Golden Granulated Sweetener, Monkfruit https://amzn.to/3KjCsjZ
1 egg
¾ Cup of Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp of Melted Butter Spread, I use ICBINB 30% oil
1 tsp of Baking Powder
8 Tbsp of Sugar Free Peanut Butter Powder, I use Pbfit https://amzn.to/3OAsGx4
¼ cup of Unsweetened Plain Almond Milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a medium bowl combine pancake mix, pbfit & baking powder in a large bowl, whisk egg, sweetener, milk, yogurt & melted butter. Add dry ingredients, mix with spoon until well combined, you’ll have a sticky batter. Transfer to a greased 9x5 loaf pan https://amzn.to/3KgKTMD can use fingertips to spread out and smooth top.
Bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven let cool in pan for 20 minutes. Cut into desired slices.
