Vanilla-Cran Breakfast Cookies

These sweet cookies aren't just for breakfast!!!

Makes 6 - 2 WW points per serving

1 ½ cups of old-fashioned oats

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp of zero calorie brown sweetener, I use Monkfruit

1 tsp of ground cinnamon

1 large egg

½ cup zero sugar Greek vanilla yogurt, I used Chobani

3 tbsp sugar free maple syrup, I use Maple Grove Farms

3 tbsp (28g) of dried cranberries, Ocean Spray Craisins is what I used

Preheat oven 375 degrees

 

Whisk egg with all ingredients except cranberries and oats. Stir in cranberries then oats.

Using a 2” cookie scoop, place on a baking sheet, flatten.

 

Bake 15 minutes, let cool on sheet.
