Real Deal Banana Bran Bread
2 WW points per slice w/real brown sugar
1 WW point per slice using zero calorie sweetener (2 tbsp)

8 slices
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1 1/2 tsps. of ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup unprocessed wheat bran
1/3 cup flour (40 grams)
3 tbsp unpacked brown sugar
1/4 cup FF Plain Greek Yogurt, I use Fage
1/3 cup water
1 1/2 over ripe medium mashed bananas
Preheat oven 350°, liberally grease 8x4 loaf tin
In a large bowl add water and wheat bran, mix and let sit, while you prepare the rest.
Mash bananas in a medium bowl, whisk in egg & sweetener. Add yogurt and whisk again. Small bowl combine flour, cinnamon, salt, soda, powder. Add egg mixture to wheat bran, stir to combine, stir in flour mixture, 1/2 at a time. You'll notice the more you mix the wetter the batter will get.
Bake 30-35 minutes. Let cool in pan 15 minutes, remove to cool an additional 15 minutes before slicing
