Cherry Oat Bars

2 cups of old fashioned oats, I use Quaker (14pts)
6oz. of sugar free cherry pie filling (2pts)
1/4 cup brown sugar substitute, like Lakanto Monkfruit
pinch of salt
4 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
2 1/2 tbsp of sugar free maple syrup
Preheat heat oven 350 degrees, line 8x4 loaf pan with parchment
Blend to oats to flour consistency.
In a medium bowl add syrup and applesauce and salt. Mix in bended oats, then mix in brown sugar. Mix until well incorporated
Use 2/3rd of oat mixture and press evenly into the bottom of the pan. Add pie filling, spreading over the top. Crumble remaining oat mixture over top of pie filling.
Bake 30 minutes. Let cool completely then refrigerate for one to two hours.
