Banana Oat Waffles

1 WW Point for 1, 3 WW Points for 2 

Makes 7

 

Blend until smooth:

1 cup of oats

2 ripe bananas (weighed 8oz)

2 tbsp of sf syrup, I use Maple Grove Farms  

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 large egg

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

Transfer mixture to a medium bowl and whisk in 1/4 cup of high protein pancake mix, I use Kodiak Buttermilk

Using a mini waffle maker, like Dash, grease, use 3 heaping tablespoons of batter for each waffle.

 

That's it, that's delicious!
