Sloppy Joe Stuffed Bell Peppers

4 WW Points (2 halves) 

Serves 6 (1/2 pepper or serves 3 for a whole pepper)  

 

1lb 99% fat free ground chicken or grind yourselves 1-14oz. breasts, 16oz if you have it.

1 can of original Manwich

3 medium bell peppers – cut in half lengthwise, cleaned of seed/white ribs

 

Preheat oven 375 degrees

 

Cook chicken in a 12” skillet, add sloppy joe sauce, bring to boil over med-high heat, reduce to heat to low and simmer 5-7 minutes. Grease 11x7 casserole dish, place peppers open side up, fill each with sloppy joe mixture. 

Bake 25-30 minutes.
