Healthier Peanut Butter Bars

Indulge in guilt-free snacking with our delicious and nutritious Healthier Peanut Butter Bars. Made with wholesome ingredients, these bars are the perfect treat for any time of the day.

Preheat oven 350 degrees, grease 8x8 baking dish

1 can of chickpea, drained and rinsed

1/2 cup of old-fashioned oats, blended to flour consistency

1 large egg

1/4 cup of organic crunchy peanut butter I use Great Value (Walmart brand)

1/4 cup brown zero calorie sweetener

1/2 tsp baking soda

pinch of salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk

Blend chickpeas with egg and milk, add to a medium bowl.

Add sweetener, peanut butter, and vanilla. Mix well, stir in oats, salt and soda.

Spread evenly in prepared dish.

Bake 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely in dish before slicing.
