Jalapeno & Cheese 

3 WW Points per slice 

9 slices

1/4 cup of jalapeño (diced)

1 oz of 2% Mexican blend cheese. 

2 cups of All-purpose flour

2 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

 

Mix ingredients to a shaggy dough, turn out and knead until dough forms.  Grease 9x5 loaf pan, bake at 375 for 35 minutes, let rest outside of pan 20 minutes before slicing.
