Air Fryer Calzone
4WW Points w/2 tbsp of sauce

Makes 2 – you can cook one, wrap the other uncooked dough in saran wrap, place in fridge, save it for the next day and make another one.
Make dough: Combine ¼ cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian Seasonings
5 Tbsp Self-Rising Flour
Mix with spoon until dough ball forms, knead 10-12 times, fold in half press, repeat. Dust flat surface with flour, divide dough in half, I weigh it, just makes it easy. Roll 1 portion to a 4 1/2”-5” disk. Add fillings, keeping away from the edges, fold over gently, press edges on both sides with fork to seal. Spray one side with cooking spray.
Filling for 1 Calzone:
5 slices of chopped Turkey Pepperoni, I use Hormel
1 tsp of pizza sauce, I use Mama Mary’s Pizza Sauce
15 grams of Part Skim Lite Mozzarella Cheese, I use Trader Joe’s
Air fry 395 degrees, 8 minutes, flip, spray, cook an additional 5-8 or until desired crispiness.
Add 2 tbsp of sauce to a small dish for dipping and enjoy!!!
