Black Pepper Chicken 

1 WW Point per serving 

Serves 4-6

You don’t have to be a big pepper lover to enjoy the flavors of this chicken and veggie dish. Family favorite!!

 

Mix:

1/8 cup of soy sauce with

2 tbsp of cornstarch

1/2 tsp of chili powder

toss with your cut up chicken I used 2 breasts (20 oz.) (thinned and cut into 1” pieces) and marinate for at least an hour.

When ready to cook fry your chicken in a tsp olive oil, when cooked through remove from pan and set aside, toss in your vegetables, 1/8 cup of soy sauce and, 2 chopped garlic cloves, cook until tender then add your chicken with juices and 3/4 tbsp of course black pepper, cook until everything is coated with pepper and serve over cauliflower rice.

 

Vegetables I used were 1/2 yellow onion, 1 each yellow and orange bell pepper, and 3 scallions. You can use whatever veggies you like.
