1 cup (106g) of High protein pancake mix, I use Kodiak

3 tbsp of pumpkin puree'

3 tbsp sugar free maple syrup

1 tsp of pumpkin spice

 

Heat oven to 350 degrees, and grab a small bake sheet

Mix, roll, each weighed around 24 grams

 

Bake 14 minutes and voila, you have 8 pancakes you can dip in syrup
