Tomato Garlic Sauteed Spinach

 I love creating delicious and healthy recipes to help you on your wellness journey. Tomato Garlic Sauteed Spinach is a perfect blend of flavours that will leave you craving for more.

Ingredients

Serves 3

1 bag of baby spinach leaves

½ tsp of seasonings, I use E&E Tomato Basil & Garlic

½ tbsp butter

2 tsp minced garlic

15 cherry tomatoes – cut in half.

4 sprays of olive oil

Directions

Heat a large skillet or wok on med-high heat, add butter and oil. Add tomatoes, garlic and seasonings. Sautee’ for 30 seconds, add spinach on top, place a lid on for 3 minutes. Remove lid, stir, toss.  Continue to cook until spinach is just wilted.
