Fried Flatbread Pizza

1/2 of a Joseph's flat bread
26 grams of a fat free mozzarella cheese
11 turkey pepperoni
1 tbsp of pizza sauce
Place cheese, pepperoni then sauce on half of the flatbread, fold, place in a heated skillet sprayed with a lite butter spray, like I Can't Believe It's Not Butter and cook until crispy (both sides) and the cheese has melted.
