Cauliflower Au Gratin

Preheat oven 375 degrees.

2lbs. of cauliflower florets

1 10 oz can of Campbell's Heart Healthy Condensed Cheese soup

3 slices of Smoked Gouda or 63 grams of your favorite cheese, use the real stuff it's worth it, you can use Pepper Jack, Gruyere etc..

1/2 cup of non fat milk

Heat soup and milk in a sauce pan, add your favorite cheese and let simmer while you cut up the cauliflower.

You want a 13x8x2 casserole dish, grease it. Add your florets to baking dish, then your cheese sauce, drizzle it all over the top, salt & pepper, paprika add a little green of a green onion, cover and bake 40 minutes. Remove cover and continue to bake until tender about 20 minutes more.
