Cream Cheese Stuffed Waffle Bread

4 WW Points per serving 

Serves 1

¼ cup of whole wheat flour (30 grams)

¼ cup 1.5% fat cottage cheese

1/4 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

1 tsp keto honey

1 tsp almond milk

¼ tsp of cinnamon

½ tbsp cream cheese

Heat your dash waffle maker

 

In a medium bowl add dry ingredients, mix, add remaining ingredients except cream cheese. Mix and mash with large spoon until most of the curds have been blended in.

 

Separate dough in half. Grease waffle iron, gently spread 1 half of dough, place cream cheese in the center then add the other half on top, gently spreading to cover bottom half.

Press lid down, apply some pressure and let cook 5 minutes.
