Butterflied Chicken Pizza 

4 WW Point per serving 

Serves 4 and is so easy to make

2 large chicken breasts

1 cup of marinara - I used Prego Traditional

4 babybel cheese wheels, I didn't use the light.

Italian Seasonings, Salt & Pepper

Crushed basil leaves

pizza toppings of your choice

Preheat oven 375 degrees, large baking sheet

Butterfly each breast, pound to an even thickness, season both sides with italian seasoning and salt and pepper, place on baking sheet.

Spread each side with 1/2 the sauce, add your favorite pizza toppings. Cut up each babybel into small pieces. I thinned each one in half first, distribute over each breast. Sprinkle with basil.

Bake 25-30 minutes or until temperature of chicken is 165 degrees.

Cut each breast in half.
