Peanut Butter Cup Bites
2WW Points per serving with 7 grams of protein

Makes 9
¼ cup almond flour
¼ cup zero calorie sweetener, use Truvia or Monkfruit
¼ cup of sugar free maple syrup
4 tbsp of water
4 servings (56 grams) sugar free dark chocolate baking bar, I use Lily’s.
Line a 4x6 container with parchment paper.
Add to a medium bowl, sweetener, pb powder, almond flour, whisk to combine. Add syrup and 2 tbsp of water, mix with a rubber spatula until well combined and dough has formed. Press evenly into prepared container. I use a piece of parchment sprayed with PAM, PAM side down and smooth/spread with my hand.
Microwave the chocolate with 2 tbsp of water, 20 seconds, stir, 10 seconds, stir. Spread evenly over dough.
Chill 2 hours, slice into 9 servings. I think these would freeze well
NOTE: If you warm the maple syrup, 2 Tbsp water and the monkfruit and stirred until the monkfruit dissolved and it was perfect!! a trick to dissolve sweetener from one of my group members, Thank you Bonnie
