Peanut Butter Banana Oat Loaf

Indulge in the irresistible combination of rich peanut butter, sweet bananas, and wholesome oats with this Peanut Butter Banana Oat Loaf. This delightful treat is perfect for breakfast, as a snack, or dessert.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup whole oats

2 ripe bananas - mashed

1 egg

1/4 cup zero calorie sweetener, I use Lakanto Monkfruit

33 grams of Lily's Peanut Butter Chips

3/4 cup of high protein pancake, I use Kodiak Buttermilk

1 tsp of baking powder

pinch of salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease an 8x4

Whisked egg into mashed banana, add sweetener. Mix in pancake mix, then add oats, powder, salt, mix then stir in chips.

Transfer to pan, bake 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely in pan.

Serves 8
