Pizza Crust Egg & Soyrizo Recipe!

At dontweightup, I'm excited to share our flavorful and nutritious Pizza Crust Egg & Soyrizo recipe with you. This dish is perfect for anyone looking for a delicious meal without compromising their healthy eating goals.
Main Ingredients:

Serves 4
1 - 12oz. Soyrizo, I use El Burrow
1 medium-ish red bell pepper
3 green onions
4 large eggs
4 - premade pizza crust dough- Pillsbury Mini Pizza Crusts
Preparation Instructions:
Preheat oven 375 degrees, grease a large baking sheet. Flatten 4 pizza doughs into 6" rounds or oblongs. Place on baking sheet. Bake 12-16 minutes (as per instructions on label) I did 13 minutes.
While that is baking add diced bell peppers and onions to a heated 12" oven safe skillet. Add soyrizo, break it up and mix. Fry until heated through on medium-low heat until the pizza crusts are done.
Create 4 little divots in soyrizo and add an egg to each.
Place in oven until eggs are cooked sunny side up or desired doneness. Serve each egg portion on top of the pizza crusts.
Add toppings, like hot sauce or salsa
