Baked Oat Brownie w/PB Drizzle

To quote my husband, “Just like a brownie, chewy, gooey, fudgy”
½ cup whole oats, blended to flour consistency, I use Quaker
3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, good ole’ Hershey’s
1 tbsp of 30% lite butter spread, I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter
2 tbsp sugar replacement, I use Lakanto Monkfruit
2 tsps of brown sugar replacement
1 large egg
7 SF Chips, optional no point change, I use Lily’s Semi-sweet
4 grams of PB powder, I use SF PBfit
1 tsp powdered sweetener replacement
2 tsps of water
Preheat oven 350° grease 5” round dish, can use 4”
Melt butter in a small glass bowl, add white & brown sweeteners, mix to a soft paste. Whisk in egg, stir in cocoa, this takes a minute keep mixing until incorporated. Stir in oats. Spread evenly in prepared dish. Bake 12-14 minutes, center should be a little gooey and edges firm.
Mix together pb powder, powdered sugar and water to drizzle consistency, drizzle over top. Enjoy!
