Instant Oat Waffles - Apple & Cinnamon
2 WW points each. One is very filling
Makes 3
2 packets of lower sugar Instant Apple & Cinnamon oats
2 tbsp 1.5% cottage cheese
1/4 cup almond milk
1 egg
Whisk egg, then add remaining ingredients, stir.
Spray iron with cooking spray, add 1/3 of the batter to the center, close lid. Cook 3-3 1/2 minutes. You can lift the lid in 3 minutes, if you want to cook longer, go for it.
