Start your day right with nutritious and delectable pancakes. 

2 WW Points each

No more flat pancakes!

Makes 8 at 1/4 cup of batter for each

10 grams of protein per pancake

Blend until smooth:

7 tbsp of 2% cottage cheese

5 eggs

 

In a medium bowl add:

159 grams of high protein pancake mix, I use Kodiak Buttermilk stir in your blended ingredients.

Using a ¼ cup of batter for each.  Cook until bubbles pop and edges are firm, flip and continue to cook for a few more minutes.

 

Add your favorite syrup and fruit
