Delicious Pastrami Flatbread Wrap

2 WW Points 

Serves 1

1 Flatbread, I use Joeseph’s

2 oz. of ultra thin sliced pastrami, Hillshire Farms is what I buy

2 leafs of lettuce

2 sliced baby bell peppers

1 slice of red onion

3-4 pepperoncinis

Mustard, I like Great Value Southwestern Mustard

Sliced hard boiled egg for added protein, this is optional

 

Staring from the short side of the wrap, start building, first lettuce, then pastrami, egg, onions, peppers and then pepperoncinis.

 

Fold up sides, then roll, keep tucking sides in as your roll. This takes a little practice so start again if your ends don’t stay tucked.

Cut in half and enjoy. I usually have a a cup of baby carrots side of sliced cucumbers
