Here's a simple homemade granola that you only need 4 ingredients to make
I like it in my yogurt for some added crunch, my family just eats it straight from the jar.
Makes 3 1/4 cups (52 Tablespoons)
Preheat oven 300 degrees, line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2 cups of whole grain old fashioned oats, I use Quaker
2 packages (31g each) of a lower sugar flavored instant oatmeal, I used Quaker Oats, Lower Sugar Apples & Cinnamon
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 cup of Sugar Free Maple Syrup, like Maple Grove
Mix the oats and cinnamon together in a medium bowl, add syrup and stir until well combined. Spread out onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake 30 minutes. Let it cool before storing in an airtight jar/container.
