Cottage Cheese Honey Wheat Waffles

Makes 2

1/4 cup (30 grams) whole wheat flour

1 egg

1/4 cup 1.5% fat cottage cheese

1/4 tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

1 tbsp of keto honey

Heat your dash waffle maker, grease with PAM.

Add flour, powder, salt in a medium bowl, mix. Add honey, cottage cheese and egg. Mix until well combined. Use full 1/4 cup of batter ,pour onto waffle maker, let cool for 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.

I topped mine with SF Smucker's Preserve for no additional points.
