Honey & Oat Protein Balls

Makes 13

5.53 grams of protein each

1 cup (99 grams) peanut butter powder, I use NAKED PB

2 tbsp of a keto honey, like Choczero or WholesumYum

½ cup plus 1 tbsp of water

1 ¼ cup of blended oats or oat flour

1 tsp of ground cinnamon

In a medium bowl add and mix dry ingredients. Add honey and ½ cup of water. Mix to a firm batter, add more water if any dry ingredients aren't combined.  I added an additional tablespoon.

If you do not weigh the pb powder, a ½ cup of water may be too much, if that’s the case, only add water as needed until desired consistency is reached.

Using a small cookie scoop, scoop and roll 13 balls. Each ball should weigh between 25-29 grams to yield 13.

 

Store in air tight container on the counter or in the fridge.
