Homemade Chocolate Chip Granola

1 WW for 2 Tbsp 

Makes 4 cups

Preheat oven 300 degrees, line a 11x17 baking sheet w/parchment paper

In a medium-large bowl add & mix:

2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats, I use Quaker

½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

2 tbsp of Ground Flaxseed, I use Spectrum Super Fruit Berries

½ cup(2.5oz.) of Sugar Free Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips, I love Lily’s

2 tsps. of ground cinnamon

½ cup of chopped pecans

 

Combine ¼ cup of SF maple syrup with 1 tbsp of honey, I like Maple Farms syrup and Wholesome Yum keto honey. Drizzle that over your granola mixture and stir to combine.

 

Spread out evenly on baking sheet, bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool 10 min.  Stir to break it up. Let it cool completely before storing in an airtight container or zip lock. 

You can keep it handy on the counter to use for cereal, yogurt, baked apples or just as a snack.
