Maple & Brown Sugar Oat Bake

So easy and so good!!

 

Serves 9

Preheat oven 325 degrees, grease 9x5 loaf pan

2 Cups of whole grain oats

3/4 cup of Self-Rising Flour

1 Egg

1 tsp of cinnamon

1/2 cup of Sugar Free Maple Syrup

1/2 cup of Brown Sugar Replacement, I use Monkfruit

Mix together sugar & syrup, whisk in egg & cinnamon then flour. Add oats mix with spoon. Spread into loaf pan

Bake 45 minutes.
