Batter: 10 oz. weight (2 ¼ cup) SF Yellow Cake Mix

¾ cup unsweetened applesauce

2 large eggs

½ cup water

Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Add all to a medium bowl and using a electric mix, beat for 1-2 minutes on medium until fully combined and smooth. Divide equally between 12 muffin greased muffin wells. https://amzn.to/3gi01A2

Topping: 2 Cups of peeled/diced apple, toss with 2 tbsp of SF maple syrup and ½ tsp of apple pie spice. Sprinkle over top of each muffin.

Bake 25 minutes, let cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
