❤️7 Layer Dip WW'fied

3 WW points per serving

Replaced the sour cream with blended cottage cheese!!! So good

Serves 2

3/4 of a can of no fat refried beans

¾ cup of blended low fat cottage cheese

1 tsp of taco seasonings

¼ cup chopped green onions

½ cup of diced tomatoes

55 grams of diced avocado

10 grams of sliced olives, chopped into smaller bits

20 grams of fat free cheddar cheese, chopped smaller

Mix blended cottage cheese with taco seasoning.

In a 7x4x4 container: spread beans on the bottom, then cottage cheese, then cheese, sprinkle on the rest.

I added chopped jarred jalapenos

Cut bell peppers into thick strips, a delicious vessel for a delicious dip and great alternative to chips.
