Roasted Bacon Wrapped Turkey Tenderloins

5 WW Points per serving

Serves 4

Preheat oven 350, grease 7x11 casserole dish

1.5lb. Turkey Tenderloins, I used Jennie O’ (1 package contains 2 pieces)

4 slices of center cut bacon

Favorite seasonings, I used Kinder’s Butcher Blend

Rinse and pat dry loins.  Liberally season each side, wrap each piece with 2 slices of bacon, using toothpicks to hold in place.  Don’t worry if your bacon doesn’t cover every inch of the loin.

Bake about 60 minutes, on middle rack, use an instant read meat thermometer to check internal temp at 45 minutes, you’re looking for 165 degrees. 

 

Once it has reached temperature, turn oven to broil, move to top rack or move rack to top position, broil to crisp bacon, keep an eye on it, mine took 7 minutes for desired crispness.

Remove from oven and let the meat rest 7-10 minutes before slicing.
