Asian Inspired Lettuce Boats

2 WW Points per 1/4 cup 

This is a great one for meal prep!!!!  These came out so good!! You can lower to 1 point per serving with 98% or 99% Fat Free Turkey.

Makes about 2 cups 

Hoisin and Mirin can usually be found in the Asian aisle of your grocery store or Walmart.

1lb. of 93% Ground Turkey

1 medium, diced shallot

3 scallions, chopped

1 garlic clove - minced

1 tsp of Mirin, can use seasoned rice vinegar.

1/4 cup of Hoisin Sauce

1 tbsp of low sodium Soy sauce

small handful of chopped Cilantro

1 1/2 tsp of Chili Sauce, I use a Thai Chili Sauce.

Butter Lettuce or Romaine.

Brown your turkey, drain, add your scallions, onion, cilantro & garlic add back your turkey, mix. Combine soy, chili, mirin, hoisin in a small bowl, mix, pour over your turkey, stir until well combined. Drizzle with a little lemon juice.  Cook for a few minutes until heated through.
