Peanut Butter Banana Baked Oats

Makes 7
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 4oz. banana
1 large egg
½ cup of peanut butter powder, I use PBfit
2 tbsp sugar free syrup
½ cup unsweetened plain almond milk
56 sugar free milk chocolate chips, or whatever you have.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease 7 wells in either a muffin or mini brownie pan
Mash banana in a medium bowl, add pb powder, egg, milk, syurp and mix. Sprinkle in baking powder, whisk, then add oats and cinnamon, mix again. Using a level ¼ measuring cup of batter for each, then top with 8 chocolate chips per muffin.
Bake 20-25 minutes, remove from pan to cool.
