Lavash Bread Pepperoni Pizza 

6 WW Points (1 point per slice at 6 slices) 

Preheat oven 400 degrees

1 full sheet of Lavash Bread, I used Joseph’s Flax Whole Wheat

35 Slices of Turkey Pepperoni, I use Signature Farms Lower fat sliced pepperoni

1oz. of Fat Free Mozzarella, Kraft is what I had

1/3 cup of Pizza sauce, I used Contadina Pizza Squeeze

2 thin slices of Red Onion, cut in half.

½ Red bell pepper, diced small

2 scallions, split and chopped

 

Put your Lavash bread on a cookie, spread your sauce, place your pepperoni, add cheese then add the rest of your toppings, choose any vegetable you want, mushrooms, spinach etc..

 

Bake 15-20 minutes.
