3 Berry Blend Jam

0 WW Points 1-6 tbsps

1 WW Point for 7-18 tbsps

2 WW Points for 18-24 tbsps

 

Yields 1 ½ cups (24 tbsps)

 

2 cups of frozen fruit, I used Kirkland Three Berry Blend

2 tbsp of sugar substitute, I use Monkfruit

2 tbsp of cornstarch

½ cup of water

1 tbsp fresh squeezed orange juice, you can use lemon

 

Add all ingredeints to a medium sauce pan on med-high heat, stirring constantly bring to a boil.  Reduce heat to simmer until it thickens, should only be a few minutes.

 

Let cool in a glass jar before covering and storing in fridge.
